- It actually says CTS and RTS (DTR) and these are the signals it uses. The
- INIT string for the USR 28,800 is at&f1&d0 - this sets the correct flow
- control and tells the modem to ignore DTR. You don't need to change any of
- the other settings, they work just fine as they are.
